Okrúhle číslo Doktorandských miscelaneí nás vyzýva na krátke bilancovanie. V desiatich zväzkoch zborníka sme uverejnili spolu 116 príspevkov zo siedmich doktorandských študijných odborov. V každom čísle boli zastúpené štúdie z literárnej vedy (v prvých šiestich zväzkoch bol pre interdisciplinárne filologické štúdie používaný názov literárna veda/slovakistika). Z ostatných odborov boli najčastejšie uverejňované texty z filozofie a sociálnej práce, pričom štúdie z filozofie chýbali iba v posledných dvoch zväzkoch a štúdie zo sociálnej práce v prvých dvoch a v siedmom zväzku.

V zborníku sa snažíme udržiavať prvotnú myšlienku, ktorou bolo kultivovať domáci výskumný priestor najmladšej generácie bádateľov v interdisciplinárnom dialógu, čo si vyžaduje dosahovanie medzinárodných štandardov kvality, no na druhej strane aj zachovanie identity zborníka ako jedinečnej domácej publikačnej platformy.

Učebnica poskytuje komplexný a interdisciplinárny pohľad na problematiku humánnej výživy v kontexte verejného zdravotníctva, hygieny výživy a prevencie ochorení. Je koncipovaná ako základný aj rozširujúci študijný materiál pre študentov zdravotníckych, biomedicínskych a verejno-zdravotníckych odborov, ako aj pre odborníkov pôsobiacich v oblasti výživy, hygieny, potravinárstva a zdravotnej politiky. Učebnica reflektuje aktuálne trendy v stravovaní vrátane alternatívnych spôsobov výživy, prerušovaného pôstu, vysokoproteínových diét a konzumácie spracovaných a ultraprocesovaných potravín, pričom ich hodnotí z hľadiska vedeckých dôkazov, zdravotných prínosov aj rizík. Dôležitou súčasťou je problematika cudzorodých látok v potravinách, potravinárskych aditív a legislatívnych rámcov ich používania, ako aj význam pitnej vody, jej kvalita, úprava a zdravotné riziká spojené s kontamináciou. Publikácia sa venuje aj špecifickým oblastiam, ako sú alimentárne nákazy, výživa v jednotlivých vývinových obdobiach detí, nemocničné stravovanie a diétne systémy.

Praktickú hodnotu učebnice zvyšuje zaradenie metodicky spracovanej praktickej časti zameranej na mikrobiologické hodnotenie pokrmov rýchleho občerstvenia, založenej na reálnych dátach regionálnych úradov verejného zdravotníctva. Kolektívna monografia Heidegger a metafyzika v 20. storočí je zavŕšením bádateľského úsilia Katedry filozofie a dejín filozofie Filozofickej fakulty UPJŠ v Košiciach v riešení grantového projektu APVV-14-0706. Monografia predstavuje pokus o vyrovnanie sa s uchopením problému Heidegger a metafyzika v kritickej konfrontácii s jeho najvýznamnejšími filozofickými súčasníkmi v chápaní a riešení daného problému. V prvom rade ide o snahu vyrovnať sa s otázkou metafyziky ako filozofického problému vo vlastnej Heideggerovej tvorbe tak, aby čitateľ mal možnosť najprv sa zoznámiť s jeho vlastným riešením tejto otázky v priereze celej jeho tvorby. To skúmajú prvé tri kapitoly našej práce, ktorých autormi sú Vladimír Leško a Richard Capobianco.

V druhej časti predloženej práce je predmetom skúmania problematika fenomenológie, hermeneutiky a otázke bytia, kde sa jednotliví autori Jozef Sivák, Ivan Blecha, Andrej Démuth, Ladislav Tkáčik, Oliver Gutter, Štefan Jusko, Mária Mičaninová, Michal Kručko, Kristína Bosáková, Vladimír Leško a Róbert Stojka pokúsili analyzovať Heideggerov vzťah k fenomenológii, hermeneutike a otázke bytia. V tejto časti práce sa naplno prezentuje kritická väzba Heidegger verzus Husserl, chápanie fundamentálnej ontológie, Finkova, Levinasova a Ingardenova kritika Heideggera, Gadamerovo a Heideggerovo chápanie Aristotelovej metafyziky, Patočkova kritika Heideggerovej otázky Bytia, nemetafyzickej filozofie a projektu dejín.

Tretia časť monografie je venovaná teoretickej konfrontácii Heidegger a novokantovstvo v autorstve Andrzeja J. Norasa a Alicje Pietras. Problému analytická filozofie a Heideggerovmu chápaniu metafyziky je venovaná štvrtá časť práce, ktorá sa sústredí na problém Carnapovej kritiky Heideggerovej metafyziky, chápanie jazyka v učení ako Heideggera, tak Wittgensteina v kapitolách Eugena Andreanského a Zuzany Molnárovej.

Záverečná časť kolektívnej monografie sa zameriava na predstaviteľov postštrukturalizmu, postmoderny, novopragmatizmu a ich chápaniu Heideggerovho učenia vôbec a metafyziky zvlášť. Dušan Hruška sa venoval skúmaniu Foucaulta a Vattima a Katarína Mayerová ponúka svoje vysvetlenie Rortyho recepcie Heideggerovej filozofie. Obsahové zameranie našej predloženej práce ponúka čitateľovi dostatočný diapazón hodnotení Heideggerovho chápania metafyziky, ktoré je nevyhnutné brať do úvahy, ak sa má uvažovať o problematike Heidegger a metafyzika v 20. storočí.

Vladimír Leško, Milan Sobotka a kol.

Filozofické dielo Martina Heideggera, ktorého hlavnou otázkou je otázka bytia, je v rozhodujúcej miere zviazané s pochopením filozo-fického reflektovania tejto otázky v gréckej a novovekej filozofii. Filozofický vývoj nemeckého mysliteľa túto dejinno-filozofickú sku-točnosť prezentuje v jedinečnej podobe od dvadsiatych rokov 20. storočia až do konca svojej tvorby. Problém Heideggerovej recepcie gréckej filozofie s jej chápaním metafyziky bol predmetom nášho skúmania v práci Heidegger, metafyzika a Gréci (Košice: UPJŠ 2016, 693 s.).

V uvedenej práci sme sa snažili predstaviť Heideggerovu recepciu gréckej filozofie ako metafyziky v troch základných častiach: 1. Od Augustína k Aristotelovi, 2. Od Aristotela k Parmenidovi a 3. Neskorý Heidegger a grécka filozofia. Skúmali sme Heideggerov filozofický vývoj a v jeho rámci tiež význam veľmi špecifického mysliteľského rozhovoru s gréckym filozofickým dedičstvom. V tejto našej snahe sme sa orientovali na všetky najvýznamnejšie Heideggerove prednášky či samostatné diela, ktoré sú už dnes takmer kompletne prístupné. Heideggerovo záverečné rozlišovanie medzi filozofiou, tzn. meta-fyzikou a myslením potom možno chápať ako svojráznu filozofickú rezignáciu. Heideggerovi sa nepochybne podarila veľmi úspešná deš-trukcia pojmovosti metafyziky v dejinách filozofie. Tá ukázala, že je potrebné opustiť grécku substančnú ontológiu, ktorá sa už definitív-ne filozoficky vyčerpala.

Predkladaná práca Heidegger a novoveká metafyzika ponúka čitateľovi myšlienkový vývoj riešenia otázky bytia nemeckého filozofa v konfrontácii s novovekou metafyzikou. Je rozdelená do troch častí – 1. Od Descarta ku Kantovi, 2. Nemecký idealizmus a Nietzsche a 3. Neskorý Heidegger a Hegel, v ktorých nám ide o syntetické zachytenie Heideggerovho filozofického riešenia otázky bytia v mysliteľskom rozhovore s vrcholnými predstaviteľmi novovekej filozofie: Descar-tom, Leibnizom, Kantom, Schellingom, Hegelom, Kierkegaardom a Nietzschem.

The aim of this university textbook is to provide a systematically structured teaching text focused on research in health sciences and, at the same time, to offer a practical methodological manual for writing final theses intended for students of medical and non-medical fields of study. The first chapter introduces the topic, maps the historical development of research in medical and non-medical sciences, and explains the concept of evidence-based practice (EBP) in the context of research activities. It also highlights the importance of research for these fields and describes the individual steps, principles, and methodological procedures of scientific work. The second chapter focuses on the basic attributes of research in health sciences, with an emphasis on key definitions, basic research designs, the typology of scientific studies, and the possibilities for using the relevant methodologies. It also includes the interpretation and analytical processing of quantitative data, while the third chapter analogously elaborates on the qualitative research approach. The fourth chapter is devoted to the ethical aspects of scientific research. The fifth chapter focuses on the evaluation of research papers in terms of their quality, structure, content coherence, reliability, and validity. The final sixth chapter provides methodological guidelines for planning, implementing, and processing individual types of final theses, with the aim of offering students practical and clearly structured instructions for their preparation. The publication also includes questions, tasks, and exercises that supplement theoretical knowledge with practical examples. These cases are intended to develop students' ability to design research studies and methodologically correctly prepare final theses.

Kolektívna monografia Leško, V. – Róbert Stojka a kol.: Heidegger, metafyzika a Gréci (Košice: UPJŠ 2016, 695 s.) je prvým historicko-filozofickým pokusom na Slovensku, ale aj v širších zahraničných kontextoch, vysporiadať sa s takto zvolenou ústrednou témou Heideggerovho diela. Práca je členená do troch základných časti. V prvej, ktorá je nazvaná od Augustína k Aristotelovi, autori jednotlivých kapitol skúmajú genézu Heideggerovho vzťahu ku gréckej filozofii a skúmanie hlavnej Heideggerovej otázky – otázky bytia - od jeho prvých prednáškových kurzov k Aristotelovej filozofii z rokov 1921/1922 až do roku 1929, keď mu vychádza práca k Aristotelovej Metafyzike. Naše skúmanie jednoznačne potvrdzuje skutočnosť, že v týchto Heideggerových raných textov (prednáškových cyklov) sa postupne rodia všetky dôležité filozofické pozície, ktoré mali svoje zavŕšenie v práci Bytie a čas.

Druhý časť práce je nazvaná Od Aristotela k Parmenidovi a v nej je predmetom skúmania Heideggerova filozofická tvorba v 30. a 40. rokoch minulého storočia. Pre túto etapu jeho filozofickej genézy je charakteristické, že kým v prvej etape je preňho najdôležitejším gréckym filozofom Aristoteles, teraz svoju pozornosť orientuje najmä na predsokratovských filozofov (Anaximandra, Parmenida a Herakleita) a z nich má dominujúce postavenie v jeho filozofickom uvažovaní Parmenides, ktorý podľa vlastných slov Heideggera ako prvý filozofický reflektoval otázku Bytia a po ňom v dejinách západnej filozofie sa na túto otázku zabudlo. Až Heidegger sám potom obnovuje nové originálne filozofické spytovanie sa na túto jedinú zmysluplnú filozofickú otázku.

Tretia časť práce skúma miesto gréckej filozofie v Heideggerovej neskorej tvorbe. Pre túto záverečnú etapu jeho diela ja charakteristické, že sa pokúša domyslieť do konca problém ontologickej diferencie, a tým aj definitívne vyriešiť otázku Bytia. Ukáže sa však, že otázka Bytia je v tejto podobe neriešiteľná a potom aj význam starovekej gréckej filozofie sa ukáže v úplne v inom svetle, než tomu bolo v predchádzajúcich etapách jeho tvorby. Cela Heoideggerova filozofická tvorba nakoniec nevyhnutne konči v rezignácii na zmysluplne filozofické riešenie otázky Bytia.

Ageing is an irreversible process and it is now widely accepted that we can purposefully affect a number of factors that influence ageing process and slow it down. We can attenuate the speed of this process by appropriate physical activity. Physical activity elements plays a key role in the primary and secondary prevention of the ageing population, in the treatment of various diseases and in eliminating their risk factors. Lecture notes provide information and recommendations for implementing exercise programs (EP) designed for seniors who are currently engaged in, or planning to engage in, physical activity (PA). At the same time, we aim to contribute to expanding knowledge in this field and to support the improvement of PA quality for individuals aged 60 and above. In the first part of the teaching materials, we describe the period of old age, its somatic characteristics, and the motor and functional capacities of seniors. We address the diagnostics of somatic traits, as well as motor and functional abilities, the benefits of physical activity in older age, and finally the principles and recommendations for designing exercise programs for seniors. In the following sections, we present implemented exercise programs for seniors and describe exercises that can help maintain or improve their physical abilities. The priority of this publication is to offer effective and safe exercises that promote health and physical activity. The content of the publication is supplemented with photographs and tables that enhance its practical applicability for students and instructors when designing exercise programs for seniors.

After several years of teaching experience in the compulsory subject of histology and histological techniques, it became clear that there was a need to refine, standardize, and facilitate the study of bachelor's degree students. We therefore decided to develop university textbooks for the theory of general histology in bachelor's degree programs: Laboratory Examination Methods in Healthcare, Physiotherapy, and Nursing. The new textbooks are based on the syllabi for the subjects "Histology and Pathology" and "Fundamentals of Histology" for the given study programs. The content is designed to make the study of histology as easy as possible and to help students quickly orient themselves in the given topic. At the same time, the texts aim to streamline cooperation between students and teachers in lectures and practical exercises, emphasizing the important structures of individual cell and tissue types in light microscope images, which is the primary goal and task of general histology.

The authors address autonomous responsibility, algorithmic transparency, the possibilities of using Al in the prevention, detection, and prosecution of crimes, as well as the risks to the protection of fundamental rights and fair tria!. The subsection "Extremism from the perspective of criminology, victimology, and criminalistics" provides an overview of current fonns of extremism, mechanisms of radicalization, risk factors, impacts on victims, and criminalistic aspects of its detection. Its interdisciplinary nature allows for the interconnection of legal, sociological, and psychological contexts. In the subsection "Criminal Policy Creation and Tools," the authors focus on the fonnation of modem criminal policy in the context of changing crime, the evaluation of thc effectiveness of criminal law tools, and the challenges posed by new technological and social phenomena. Legislatíve trends, comparativc findings, and practical implications for legal practice are discussed. The aim is to provide a comprehensive view of selected issues in contemporary criminal law theory and practice and to contribute to the professional dialogue on the future of criminal law and its ability to respond to the challengcs of the 21st century.

The publication Digiform: A Supporting Application to Digilib – User Guide, Part B presents the Digiform web application as a tool that extends the functionality of the Digilib digital library of formative assessment tools. The application enables the creation and editing of formative assessment tool templates, which can be adapted to the specificities of individual subjects and levels of education and subsequently imported into the Digilib environment for use in the teaching process. The guide provides a detailed description of how to work with the Digiform application, from creating new templates, editing and personalising them, through to their export and implementation in the main Digilib application. Attention is also given to the interconnection with the Digilib Images application, which enables the integration of visual elements into the assessment tools, thereby enhancing their didactic effectiveness and visual appeal. The guide is intended for teachers at all levels of education, student teachers, school administrators, and digital coordinators who are interested in the systematic use of the Digilib digital library to support the implementation of formative assessment, enhance the quality of the educational process, and foster the development of students’ self-assessment and reflective competences.

The conference proceedings FORMATIVE 2025 – Implementing Formative Assessment in Schools Together constitute the output of an online conference organised by the Institute of Chemical Sciences, Faculty of Science, Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, in cooperation with the National Institute of Education and Youth in Bratislava, within the framework of the KEGA project No. 001UPJŠ-4/2023. These proceedings present current knowledge, experience, and examples of good practice in implementing formative assessment in primary, secondary, and university teaching, with an emphasis on the use of digital tools. The papers address the foundations of formative assessment in the context of curricular changes and the ongoing educational reform, as well as specific didactic procedures for its implementation in the teaching of science and social science subjects, including mathematics, Slovak language, and foreign languages. Particular attention is paid to the development of professional teaching competences, formative assessment strategies, providing targeted feedback, and promoting students’ active participation in the assessment process. These proceedings also present the Digilib digital library, a tool developed to support the creation and management of formative assessment processes within the school environment. This publication is intended for experts in pedagogy and didactics, teachers at all levels of education, student teachers, digital coordinators, and all those interested in educational innovation and in improving the quality of teaching through formative assessment.

In the context of the deteriorating state of adolescent mental health, it is extremely important to optimize the existing mental health care system in Slovakia. There is still little comprehensive and coherent information about the functioning of the system and the process of providing assistance within professional care, its shortcomings or suggestions for improvement. This is not possible without a deep knowledge of the perspective and experiences of adolescents with mental problems themselves. The aim of this publication is therefore to present adolescents' views on the professional assistance provided as a result of experienced mental problems within the existing care system in Slovakia.

The findings from a qualitative study that focused on the views of young people themselves are presented. The chapters of the monograph capture their views on the perception of mental health problems in society, their experiences with identifying emerging problems and seeking professional help, and their experiences with the care process itself and its forms. They also capture their overall experience with both care and care providers, as well as with leaving care and its impacts in various areas. Finally, a view is presented of possible recommendations that could improve the mental health care provided from the adolescents' perspective.

This publication is intended primarily for all professionals working with adolescents with mental health problems in all branches of care, teachers and other educational staff who are in contact with them every day at school, and last but not least, all competent policy makers who care about the mental health of adolescents and have the power to improve the care provided to them.

Autormi učebnice sú pedagógovia a významní odborníci na trestné právo z Právnickej fakulty Univerzity Komenského v Bratislave, Právnickej fakulty Trnavskej univerzity v Trnave, Právnickej fakulty Univerzity Mateja Bela v Banskej Bystrici, Najvyššieho súdu Slovenskej republiky, a Okresnej prokuratúry Malacky. Zloženie autorského kolektívu predstavuje spojenie teoretických informácií a praktických poznatkov.

Predkladaná publikácia poskytuje pohľad nielen na trestné konanie upravené v Trestnom poriadku, ale jej obsahom je aj náhľad na relevantné procesné ustanovenia
osobitného právneho predpisu viažuce sa na konanie proti právnickým osobám. Rovnako kladne vyznieva aj skutočnosť v podobe zapracovania nástrojov justičnej
spolupráce v trestných veciach v rámci Európskej únie. Učebnica tak predstavuje ideálny prostriedok pre správne pochopenie súvislostí trestného práva procesného, pre
poznanie zmyslu relevantných právnych noriem ako aj pre samotné kreovanie právneho myslenia budúceho právnika. Oceniť možno kvalifikované zapracovanie zmien najmä

Tretie vydanie učebnice "Trestné právo procesné. Osobitná časť" je v súlade s právnym stavom účinným k 1. januáru 2025.

Publikace se snaží obsáhnout většinu medicínských témat, s kterými se gynekolog může setkat ve své každodenní praxi nebo nemocniční gynekolog v akutní ambulanci, těhotenské poradně či na porodním sále. Měla by sloužit pro rychlou orientaci v dané problematice co se týká příznaků, diferenciální
diagnostiky a konkrétní léčby. Byla zařazena i témata, která se gynekologické problematiky a problematiky těhotenství dotýkají jen vzdáleně, ale terénní gynekolog se s nimi v dnešní době setkává stále častěji. Jedná se o oblasti z dermatovenerologie, urologie, v těhotenství i z oblasti plicních a kardiovaskulárních a gastrointestinálních nemocí nebo chorob autoimunitního systému. Kniha obsahuje také souhrn léčebných postupů a doporučení publikovaných v české odborné literatuře v posledních 15-20 letech, včetně doporučených postupů, které vydala ČGPS ČLS JEP. Všechny informace byly
postupně aktualizovány tak, jak se jednotlivé medicínské poznatky k daným tématům vyvíjely. Léčba je rozepsána zcela konkrétně na jednotlivá léčiva, včetně dávkování a doporučované délky léčby pro jednotlivá onemocnění. Seznam léčiv je aktualizován podle databáze SÚKL k 15. 5. 2021, takže jsou
uváděny léky, které jsou v této době dostupné na českém trhu.
