This collection of papers from a scientific conference brings together different perspectives on issues related to the use of alternative dispute resolution methods in public administration. The dominant thematic focus of the contributions was to examine the potential of alternative dispute resolution methods in protecting the public interest on the one hand, and the subjective rights of natural persons and legal entities in the exercise of public administration on the other.
