Ústavné právo európskej únie

The university textbooks are designed for students of the Faculty of Public Administration of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice within the education of selected subjects having respective content, structure and methodology of education. The ambition of the university textbooks in this respect is not to provide a comprehensive and exhaustive interpretation of the European Union’s constitutional law in its complexity, but primarily make the students acquainted with legal aspects of the European integration process, existence and action of the European Union in selected areas. The students will acquire a basic view of the European Union’s legal system, the way it is being created, as well as the main institutions and bodies of the European Union by which the European Union exercises its powers.
