The textbook discusses the basic legislative principles that need to be known when establishing a social enterprise.
It is divided into nine chapters. The first chapter deals with the development of the social economy in other countries and in Slovakia. The second chapter deals with the social economy in the context of market failure. The third chapter focuses on the ethical principles of the social economics and business. The fourth chapter presents the legal forms of social enterprises in Slovakia and abroad.
