The Collection contains student papers, which were presented at the 5th student symposium organized by the Department of Commercial Law and Economic Law, Faculty of Law of UPJŠ in Košice. The student symposium took place on the 30th November -1st December 2017 at the training facility of the UPJŠ in Danišovce The main topic of this year's symposium was focused on problematic issues related to the creditors´ protection in commercial relations. The purpose of yearly organized symposium is to create a platform for students to present their own opinions and to improve their analytical thinking and argumentative skills.
