The book "COMPLEX SOLUTION OF DIALISATED PATIENTS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF SURGEON" contains 16 chapters on the basic principles and current issues of creating vascular approaches in patients in a long-term dialysis program, possibilities for their creation, complications, diagnosis and care.
The introductory chapters have the character of propedeutics, which is also important for undergraduate education. The following chapters deal with the basic principles: from the inclusion of patients in the dialysis process, the development of approaches, the care for them, the complications of vascular access, the central venous approaches, the vascular approaches in children and the recurrence of arterio-venous connections. The special chapter are peritoneal dialysis, kidney transplantation and plastic surgery view for vascular access. Indications for operations and operating procedures are described. Finally, we describe serious and informative case reports from our workplace, with a long-term tradition of creating arterial veins. In the book, vascular surgeons, nephrologists, angiologists, general surgeons, and general practitioners find instruction.
