Abstrakt: More than two years ago, Regulation no. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and in connection with European legislation, our domestic legislation has also been modified. This article reflects the new legislation, after 2 years of application analyzes the impact of the new legislation in a specific sphere of health care. The authors consider the individual principles of personal data processing separately and in mutual correlation.
