Vybrané heterocyklické zlúčeniny

The aim of writing the university textbook Selected Heterocyclic Compounds was to create teaching aid for students of the study program Organic Chemistry, which will provide essential information for the subject Heterocyclic Compounds. When choosing the content of the textbook, the goal was to provide basic information about the chemistry of the most important heterocycles. Due to the huge amount of chemical knowledge about heterocycles, it was not possible to include all heterocyclic compounds in the content. The intention was for the readers to orient themselves in the field of heterocyclic compounds. Separate chapters included in the content deal with the nomenclature of heterocycles, basic chemical properties of individual heterocycles, their syntheses and reactions, the occurrence of heterocycles in nature and their practical applications (drugs, dyes, pesticides, detergents, etc.).
