High-school textbook Administrative Procedural Law is focused, as can be derived from its name, on analysis of administrative procedural law and ist institutes. For this purpose, the textbook contains definition of the administrative procedural law, its systematization, characteristics of administrative processes and their classification. The attention is mostly concentrated on general administrative proceedings, its characteristics, principles, procedure and basic procedural institutes. General administrative proceedings is basis for special kinds of administrative proceedings; the textbook deals with some kinds thereof, namely with misdemeanor proceedings, proceedings on complaints, land-use -, building, final-approval-, expropriation proceedings and water-use proceedings.

The textbook should be key source of information in teaching of the compulsory subject Administrative Law III at the Faculty of Law of Pavol Jozef Safarik University in Kosice, incl. Preparation for state examination. lt can be also useful as key literature in teaching of the compulsory subjects Administrative proceedings and Special kinds of Administrative proceedings at the Faculty of Public Administration of Pavol Jozef Safarik University in Kosice.
